Your satisfaction & fun is very important to us; therefore, our main focus is to quickly process shipping orders, communicate with our buyers, take the time needed to create quality artwork/ repaints/ tutorials, and to keep our doll appointments on schedule. Phone calls & emails will be responded to in the order they are received. Customers who have just made a purchase will receive a priority response in regard to their purchase. We are out of office on most US Holidays. Please be aware, we are a relatively modest entity, And, based on the availability of our (part-time) customer service helpers, the amount of emails + calls we have ahead of yours- it could take over 48 hours to receive a response.
